Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high speed and packaging machinery
- Troubleshoot issues
- Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts
- Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
- Coach and qualify AM and PM activities with employees within the process
- Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure low cost, high quality production
- Ensure quality of products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines
- Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and Quality KHMS operating procedures
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
