Key Responsibilities
- Drive the digitalization of the Processing Teams
- Scout and identify novel process technologies, grow them into higher readiness level (TRL) and then bring them into commercial projects
- Test and learn technologies and develop new processes on Pilot scale
- Build an international network with internal and external stakeholders, drive relationships and co-ordination with Research & Technologies Hubs
- Support the R&D Team on Technology Platforms and Programs for unlocking and enabling Innovation in our processes around IZ area
- Identifying, developing and scaling the right technologies and equipment for implementation in the International Kraft Heinz factories, looking for Improved products, process sustainability and digitalization
- Deliver NPD projects, Value Engineering and Supply chain projects in the Kraft Heinz International Business, fully compliant with routines, processes, WoW and Kraft Heinz methodologies
