Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the HR data strategy, aligning with business goals and evolving technology, also in collaboration with KPMG Global.
- Lead HR reporting and analytics, overseeing the annual reporting calendar (external reporting and KPI/Management reporting), ensuring quality, and supporting strategic data requests.
- Act as the HR data liaison, connecting People & Culture with reporting, IT, data office and data governance teams to align definitions and processes.
- Drive knowledge management and innovation, maintaining a central HR data portal and promoting data literacy through mentoring and workshops.
- Deliver predictive insights, using advanced analytics to support workforce planning, retention, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
