Key Responsibilities

•Take technical ownership of front-end work from early discovery and solution design through development and production
•Shape and challenge requirements and turn complex business needs into effective technical solutions
•Lead front-end initiatives and influence engineering standards
•Strengthen code reviews and mentor other front-end engineers
•Ensure solutions balance usability, accessibility, performance, security, maintainability and delivery priorities
•Modernise the front-end landscape through reusable architecture, stronger automated testing and improved engineering practices
•Use AI-assisted development tools confidently and responsibly, and help teams adopt AI
•Design reusable and configurable components that support multiple customers
•Contribute effectively to planning, refinement and iterative delivery within Agile/Scrum teams
