Key Responsibilities
- Own the quality of the products, from reviewing requirements through to release
- Manual and exploratory testing, front- and back-end
- Investigate issues to their root cause and drive fixes that stop them recurring
- Taking ownership of QA across our B2B, B2C and E-commerce departments, each with its own sprints and releases
- Build and maintain automated tests to speed up
- Analysing quality risks and reporting them clearly to the product team
- Create clear test documentation (plans, cases, checklists, reports)
- Working part-time (32 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week)
