Key Responsibilities

• •Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
• •Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements
• •Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation
• •Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution
• •Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets
• •Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
• •Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers
• •Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base
• •Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning
• •Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members
• •Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings
• •Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity
