Key Responsibilities
- Own JET's global legal strategy for strategic commercial arrangements, partner ecosystems, and corporate customer-facing matters.
- Serve as the strategic voice on contract strategy, risk allocation, and negotiation frameworks for major commercial agreements.
- Architect the enterprise approach for partnership disputes, contract escalations, and non-standard deal structures.
- Lead legal strategy for major business development initiatives, integrations, and high-value strategic partnerships.
- Build scalable central legal infrastructure, including templates, negotiation guardrails, and approval processes across markets.
- Define and align partner-facing legal strategy across central functions and regional markets to ensure consistent execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing Partnerships legal team, fostering a culture of commercial impact and continuous development.
