•Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets
•Provide functional leadership to in-market Supply Chain Leaders
•Ensure consistent, high-performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
•Partner closely with commercial leaders to translate business strategy into supply chain plans
•Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
•Lead cluster-wide strategies for asset deployment and utilization
•Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across markets
•Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end cost-to-serve while maintaining service levels
•Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams
•Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
