Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, collaborative, and feedback-driven culture.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, pair programming, peer reviews, architecture design, and technical decision-making.
•Establish and maintain high standards across software architecture, testing, CI/CD, code quality, reliability, and engineering best practices.
•Promote a DevOps mindset in which engineers take ownership of their work throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment and ongoing operation.
•Architect and deliver scalable, maintainable systems and user-facing features with measurable impact on learners.
•Work with AI specialists to incorporate adaptive and personalized learning capabilities into the platform.
•Partner closely with product, design, and data teams to define scope, prioritize effectively, shape the roadmap, and align technical delivery with product outcomes.
•Support engineers through regular 1:1s, career development conversations, coaching, and constructive feedback.
•Continuously improve engineering practices, delivery speed, reliability, team workflows, and technical decision-making.
•Help shape the technology organization as it scales, contributing to how teams, systems, and engineering processes evolve.
