Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a shared vision for payment products, including payment aggregation, payment integrations, and supporting services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align and prioritize the product roadmap across the payments domain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners, supporting them with prioritization, stakeholder management, and product decision-making.
- Act as Product Owner for the team responsible for developing the core payment aggregator service.
- Oversee high-quality and timely delivery across payment product areas, coordinating priorities and resolving delivery challenges.
- Work directly with B2B customers to gather and validate requirements, coordinate integrations, participate in technical discussions, and monitor SLA execution.
- Coordinate dependencies and collaboration between product, engineering, technical, and operational teams, including resolving complex issues and conflicts.
- Establish and improve shared product processes, standards, and ways of working across the payments function.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation in collaboration with technical writers, including API documentation and integration guides.
