Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for Finance Transformation Office initiatives.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Finance Department systems and assigned programs.
- Design and document scalable architecture processes for finance systems and integration patterns.
- Validate technical, operational, and commercial feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Guarantee compliance with vendor standards, architecture principles, and internal governance.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for design validation and governance standards.
- Support project initiation by analyzing requirements and preparing architecture documentation.
- Engage with business leaders, IT partners, and external vendors to translate requirements into solutions.
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and PoCs.
- Prepare and present solution proposals to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish and oversee architecture standards, technology selection, and developer best practices.
- Guide teams during delivery by reviewing architecture and resolving technical issues.
- Perform hands-on development for proofs-of-concept or critical components.
- Provide technical consulting to finance and project teams on modernization and integration.
- Act as escalation point for design disputes and cross-program dependencies.
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation Office Lead, PMO, and delivery engineers.
- Work with vendor technical teams to confirm design compliance.
- Provide technical validation for pipeline opportunities and business cases.
- Maintain architecture knowledge base with documentation and certifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to finance transformation.
- Share knowledge through technical enablement sessions and best-practice documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and evolution of solutioning frameworks.
