Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for the Kotlin plugin
- Use IntelliJ IDEA with the Kotlin plugin daily for dogfooding and validation
- Maintain and develop reference Kotlin projects
- Build prototypes with AI coding agents
- Own and adapt the plugin roadmap
- Align plugin planning with Kotlin compiler and IDE releases
- Make trade-offs and prioritize features
- Define problem statements and success criteria
- Represent core Kotlin personas and prioritize pain points
- Conduct monthly user interviews
- Coordinate with Kotlin team, Developer Advocates, and Marketing
- Create external visibility through posts, meetups, and conferences
