Key Responsibilities

• •Oversee accurate and timely payroll for 1,300 colleagues across 34 stores.
• •Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries, discrepancies, and system-related blockers.
• •Supervise, coach, and train payroll associates.
• •Own end-to-end onboarding of new payroll team members.
• •Proactively identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
• •Coordinate and maintain payroll planning tools.
• •Measure team performance and identify process improvements.
• •Ensure compliance with Dutch tax legislation, labour law, and pension regulations.
• •Prepare and deliver monthly payroll reports for senior management and Finance.
• •Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• •Support Finance during payroll audits.
• •Manage payroll systems AFAS and MANUS.
• •Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• •Act as a senior role model within the team.
