Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily delivery plans to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve exceptions to improve overall efficiency
- Analyze delivery workflows to identify efficiency bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives
- Promote standardized operating procedures and continuously optimize service processes
- Track key operational KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, delivery cost, and exception rate
- Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with warehouse, customer service, product, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain effective communication with regional or city-level teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to delivery services
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
