Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to the Further Processing leadership team.
- Support and challenge business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Drive financial performance, profitability improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Partner with leadership to identify business risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
- Support strategic planning activities and long-term business development initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning processes.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and business performance reviews.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes.
- Support decision-making through scenario modelling and financial analysis.
- Lead financial performance management across multiple international locations.
- Drive alignment of financial processes, reporting standards, and key performance indicators.
- Partner with operational teams to improve profitability, productivity, and project performance.
- Monitor key business drivers and ensure visibility of financial risks and opportunities.
- Lead and develop a small international team of 3 finance professionals.
- Coach and mentor direct reports to support growth and performance.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the finance organization.
- Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
- Play a key role in the ongoing integration of JBT and Marel.
- Drive process improvements and support the creation of a future-ready finance organization.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced business insights.
- Help shape new ways of working within a complex matrix organization.
