Key Responsibilities

• •Manage and lead a team of assembly team leaders (46 direct reports)
• •Allocate tasks and monitor progress across the assembly floor
• •Develop and motivate employees to reach their full potential
• •Provide regular, constructive feedback on performance
• •Carry out HR activities including employee selection and onboarding
• •Draw up, implement, and monitor the Assembly plan
• •Track and analyse operational KPIs, initiating corrective actions
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction, productivity, and quality
• •Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• •Coordinate with other operational managers for cross-departmental collaboration
• •Allocate resources (people, materials, budget) to meet quality and delivery targets
• •Manage sickness absenteeism and oversee employee reintegration
• •Supervise trainees and maintain relationships with educational institutions
• •Communicate company policy and act as an ambassador for the organisation's vision
• •Provide operational input to the Director of Operations
