• •Manage and support operational elements and execution of studies/programs.
• •Participate in bid defense preparations and lead bid defense presentations.
• •Develop and support integrated study management plans.
• •Oversee strategic development and execution of clinical studies.
• •Serve as primary project oversight and contact with customers.
• •Set objectives for core project team and assess performance.
• •Collaborate with functional groups to support milestone achievement.
• •Monitor progress against contract and present information to stakeholders.
• •Supervise problem solving and resolution efforts.
• •Coach and mentor junior team members.
• •Ensure financial success of project including resource management.
• •Forecast opportunities to accelerate activities and manage change control.
• •Identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices.
• •Adopt corporate initiatives and serve as change advocate.
• •Provide input to line managers on team member performance.
