Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review capital call, distribution, and equalisation calculations
- Produce Capital Account Statements and contract notes
- Review transactions and coordinate with AML/KYC team on investor onboarding
- Manage switch and transfer requests
- Respond to investor queries
- Maintain accurate investor static data
- Contribute to audits by providing registers and TA confirmations
- Support FATCA/CRS and CSSF reporting
- Liaise with Settlement/Payment team for distribution processing
- Maintain multiple entity and investor registers across TA systems
