Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, edit and maintain landing pages and blog articles that drive acquisition and conversion
  • •Grow the design system into reusable blocks the growth team can compose themselves, so routine website work stops needing an engineer
  • •Make new countries and products cheaper to launch - configuration and content models over one-off builds
  • •Build AI-powered internal tools for content generation, review and analysis
  • •Ship growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to live test
  • •Optimize for how people actually find us - Core Web Vitals, SEO, and increasingly ChatGPT and other AI search
  • •Do the craft work: pixel-perfect implementation, animation, and accessibility that holds up with a screen reader
  • •Own CI/CD and infrastructure (Netlify) for the website, plus monitoring for speed and errors
  • •Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing crafts to deliver best-in-class customer experience
