Key Responsibilities
- Build client relationship as part of the on-site Global team.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take corrective actions to meet and exceed expectations.
- Responsible for quality planning and execution as well as improving transcreation processes and operational capabilities.
- Responsible for achievement of transcreation key performance indicators.
- Lead, appraise, mentor and motivate a team of Transcreation Managers and/or Executives.
- First point of escalation from team members, in-market creatives and clients.
- Direct planning and execution of complex briefs including cultural consultation and collaboration with Creative and Production teams.
- Accountable for successful achievement of gross profit targets and organic account growth.
- Discuss and negotiate transcreation scope of work with client and Transcreation Director.
