- Leading the enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for data centre and edge capabilities, aligning business ambitions, resilience requirements and technology strategy.
- Driving global standardisation and convergence, reducing complexity and creating a modern, efficient and scalable physical infrastructure footprint.
- Creating reusable, automated data centre services that accelerate delivery, improve operational efficiency and support innovation at scale.
- Overseeing portfolio priorities, investment decisions, financial performance, risk management and regulatory compliance across the domain.
- Building strong partnerships across countries and infrastructure domains to align demand, capacity planning and strategic priorities.
- Embedding a product-led operating model across infrastructure services, ensuring platforms are managed through clear customer outcomes, adoption measures, value creation and lifecycle accountability.
- Developing high-performing engineering teams, strengthening capability, engagement and long-term organisational effectiveness.
