- Lead financial performance management for PI and PB products, delivering data-driven insights on KPIs, trends, and portfolio outcomes.
- Develop financial analyses, business cases, and pricing proposals; assess incentives and ensure alignment between product strategy and financial targets.
- Partner with Product, Retail, Risk, Finance, and Group teams; prepare clear, senior-level materials and act as a trusted advisor.
- Enhance forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality; drive process simplification, consistency, innovation, and a growth-mindset culture.
