Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions.
•Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, Business Rules, Calculation Manager artifacts, forms, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
•Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solutions.
•Design and support integrations using REST APIs, Data Exchange, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
•Drive platform stability, performance optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
•Explore and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, forecasting, user experience, and decision-making.
•Provide technical leadership within the squad, guiding engineers and driving technical decisions and solutions.
•Lead technical discussions and design reviews, creating alignment across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
•Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and promote strong engineering practices.
•Take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive them from design through successful implementation.
