Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and drive category strategies for Professional Services including consultancy, temporary labour, legal services.
• •Achieve cost improvements and meet financial targets; provide market updates for forecasting.
• •Identify and implement demand, productivity, and innovative improvements while managing vendor service levels.
• •Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, to develop cost reduction strategies.
• •Provide category trends and risks to Procurement colleagues and senior business stakeholders.
• •Lead negotiations with top strategic vendors such as McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman, EY, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Capgemini.
• •Manage business stakeholder relationships and align on business objectives; establish governance policies.
• •Gather market intelligence and assess supplier innovation opportunities.
• •Develop forward-looking category strategies and plans; manage category performance with KPIs.
• •Conduct supplier segmentation and manage supplier performance and risk.
• •Perform strategic sourcing activities; provide risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• •Build supplier relationships; prepare and conduct complex negotiations; manage escalations.
• •Guide sourcing initiatives (RFX) and contract signings; provide direction to contract management team.
• •Advise Procurement Leadership on strategy by analyzing market trends and governance.
• •Drive contract and third-party risk compliance.
• •Lead sourcing & category experts; coach category buyers on negotiation, analysis, and strategy.
• •Execute functional, talent, people, and performance management.
