Key Responsibilities
- Define and supply Group functions and LEs with criteria for assessing, managing, measuring, monitoring and communicating risk.
- Align implementation of ERM framework across all risk domains for consistent risk management.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of underlying frameworks for non-financial, financial, and strategic risk.
- Act as 2LoD central point of communication for group risk governance, policy structure, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously review and update risk governance structures.
- Provide oversight of changing regulations and maintain mapping between risk policies and external regulations.
- Oversee and provide advice on policy lifecycle management process.
- Initiate and embed changes in behaviour and culture via training and guidance from an ERM perspective.
