Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
- Review and process financial data
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Identify and follow up on discrepancies in the financial administration
- Perform intercompany reconciliations between international entities
- Improve and further automate financial processes and internal controls
- Support external audits and prepare audit documentation
- Assist with CBS filings, statistical reporting and other finance and compliance-related activities
- Support weekly payment runs, banking activities, cash flow reporting and liquidity management
- Contribute to improving processes through automation and AI
