Key Responsibilities
- Continuously scan and analyze societal, lifestyle and industry trend signals across various sources (media, reports, web listening, social media platforms, events)
- Maintain and update internal communication channels and materials with relevant trend insights and resources, usage monitoring
- Contribute to the creation of trend briefs for marketing, innovation, and creative teams
- Support the development of trend presentations and reports
- Collaborate on internal and external creative partnerships and co-creation initiatives
- Help translate trend insights into creative inspirations for fragrance development, promotion and storytelling
- Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to spark innovation
