Key Responsibilities
- Lead data reporting for global category activities (project monitoring, sales and budget analysis, preparation of senior management meetings)
- Support and coordinate global communication (category calls, quarterly internal events)
- Facilitate cross-category information sharing and alignment between teams
- Support execution of category strategy
- Support Category VPs across the full innovation planning process
- Ensure implementation of project management best practices
- Drive valuation processes for innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage internal platforms for the global category network
- Organize core team meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up actions)
- Facilitate category workshops
- Drive internal communication and knowledge sharing
