Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team, responsible for purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Own the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring ingredients and packaging are delivered On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ) to support uninterrupted production.
- Drive inventory governance, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency while minimising waste and stock risk.
- Champion the zero-waste strategy through continuous optimisation of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.
- Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Production to optimize purchasing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, purchasing data, and system accuracy, using insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise procurement and inventory processes through data, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of procurement performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across Procurement Operations.
