Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate facility suppliers to ensure services are delivered to standard
•Log and resolve requests using our facility management system (FMIS)
•Coordinate waste management processes and oversee general site upkeep
•Coordinate snow and ice removal and ensure safe access around the site
•Ensure facility supplies throughout the building are kept fully stocked
•Collaborate with the technical/maintenance team on light technical tasks and repairs
•Coordinate workwear management, including coordination with laundry services and suppliers
•Perform various logistics and warehouse-related tasks
•Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation
