Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team to understand customer needs and contribute to proposals
- Analyze customer needs and gather insights for market positioning
- Maintain close contact with operational departments
- Ensure correct and transparent pricing for customers
- Contribute to Benelux pricing strategy and optimize profitability
- Guide new customers through onboarding process
- Ensure correct execution of agreements focusing on quality, pricing, reporting
- Support Customer Success process by following customer needs
- Network with customers and carriers
