Key Responsibilities

  • •Owning and growing the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale
  • •Building and running the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model
  • •Leading key creator outreach and onboarding, both automated batch and manual high-value relationships
  • •Driving TikTok Shop campaign activation: matching creators to campaigns, managing delivery, hits GMV targets
  • •Building Speaky Academy: developing and maintaining the creator education program
  • •Managing and mentoring Affiliate Campaign Manager(s)
  • •Collaborating with the Commerce team on monetisation flows, seller relationships and TAP campaign delivery
  • •Expanding Speaky community with UGC campaign and programs activations
