Key Responsibilities

•Own the Webflow build end-to-end, including maintenance and site structure
•Maintain a tidy Webflow project with clean structure, class naming and component choices
•Write DRY, maintainable and scalable code, leveraging existing components and utilities
•Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions, animations and functionality
•Monitor site speed and technical SEO, applying performance best practices and addressing issues
•Build for accessibility in line with WCAG standards
•Use AI and automation tools like Claude and Make.com to speed up build, QA and maintenance
•Proactively flag technical debt, bugs and issues
•Consider crawlability, including for AI crawlers, and advocate for performance in design discussions
•Stay current with Webflow platform updates and pilot new capabilities
