Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Medical Affairs initiatives in the Netherlands and provide medical support to cross-functional teams in Oncology.
  • Liaise with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals for scientific exchange and data generation.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
  • Develop medical product information and stay informed on scientific trends.
  • Establish relationships with opinion leaders, payers, clinical investigators, and providers.
  • Maintain a country opinion leader list and update it twice yearly.
  • Drive discussions to integrate scientific data into clinical decision making.
  • Collaborate with local experts on data generation activities.
  • Assist with pipeline activities and liaise with Clinical Operations.
  • Represent the company at scientific meetings and conferences.
  • Own a medical engagement plan for scientific conferences.
  • Respond to medical information inquiries.
  • Generate and communicate insights from field interactions.
  • Assist with compassionate use or early access requests.
  • Develop the local medical plan of action.
  • Organize and participate in medical advisory boards.
  • Review and approve medical content of educational events and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global medical teams.
  • Document field interactions and medical activities.
  • Support development of local clinical data through trials and studies.
  • Provide scientific input in HTA dossiers and payer negotiations.
  • Design and implement medical education events.
  • Analyze trial data and provide interpretation to marketing and sales.
