Key Responsibilities

•Translate business needs into smart, scalable technical solutions
•Turn larger questions into clear priorities, epics and stories
•Own and prioritise the backlog for the platform and Data Team
•Work with stakeholders across Asset Management, Energy Trading, Finance and Business Development
•Bring structure and predictability to development through sprint planning, refinement, reviews and a visible roadmap
•Assess requests against agreed priorities and make trade-offs transparent
•Set technical directions, contribute to solution design, review code and remain hands-on in development
•Maintain strong standards around testing, CI/CD, documentation and security
•Act as a technical counterpart for software vendors, BESS suppliers, optimisers
