Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute site agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of indemnification, and other contracts.
- Maintain and update contract tracking systems and electronic file systems.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental processes.
- Escalate issues to line manager as defined in departmental processes.
- Confirm quality of tasks delegated to Contracts Associate.
- Manage assigned studies with compliance to internal processes and sponsor requirements.
- Perform contract administration functions including obtaining approvals, tracking status, and filing executed contracts.
- Support line manager with departmental goals and initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates on open contracts and outstanding issues.
- Draft, negotiate, review, and process contracts to protect company interests.
- Negotiate contractual terms with other parties professionally.
- Identify and resolve obstacles in the contracting process.
- Coordinate with clinical study teams on contract details and timelines.
- Assist in development and improvement of departmental processes.
