Key Responsibilities
- Research and test the feasibility of automating data flows from HiBob absence reports into monthly absence templates
- Build and implement custom AI agents/super agent (e.g., via Dust) to streamline payroll queries
- Collect and consolidate working student hours into a clean, unified report for the Netherlands Payroll Specialist
- Collect and consolidate net deductions for loss of access to building card
- Prepare and monitor monthly overview of car fines to be deducted through payroll
- Administer current pension plan and prepare invoice by department for Accounts Payable
- Prepare monthly Payroll Balance sheet reconciliation accounts based on Netsuite reports
