Key Responsibilities
- Act as the procurement subject matter expert for IT-related categories, providing strategic guidance and market insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and support procurement decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with broader procurement objectives and business priorities.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, tenders, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations across various IT subcategories.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with suppliers to support performance, innovation, risk management, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor market trends, supplier developments, technology advancements, and cost drivers to inform sourcing strategies and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to standardize processes, optimize supplier portfolios, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements while working closely with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement effectiveness, strengthen governance, and deliver cost efficiencies.
- Support supplier performance management, risk assessments, and business continuity activities to maintain a resilient and competitive supply base.
