Key Responsibilities

• •Lead design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• •Act as hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
• •Translate complex business problems into secure, reliable, cost-efficient, observable cloud architectures.
• •Evolve how DoiT uses AI/ML internally and with customers by turning solutions into reusable patterns.
• •Focus on install base health, product adoption, proactive engagements, and account-team work.
• •Improve cost efficiency, reliability, security, and reduce operational toil.
• •Plan and deliver structured engagements like Cloud Optimization Sessions and architecture deep dives.
• •Respond to Expert Inquiry/support requests requiring deep cloud engineering expertise.
• •Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable assets (playbooks, Terraform modules, etc.).
• •Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• •Contribute directly to DCI with feature requests, code, or owning features.
• •Build agent skills, scripts, and internal tooling.
• •Work in account team model alongside CSMs and AMs.
• •Own technical depth lane: deployment, automation, proactive engagement.
• •Partner with customer engineers to translate pain points into technical optimization plans.
• •Co-deliver complex engagements with peer FDEs.
• •Communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• •Maintain clear documentation of architectures, decisions, and changes.
• •Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the FDE community.
• •Master DoiT Cloud Intelligence products and use them to drive customer outcomes.
• •Help customers embed DCI into existing observability, CI/CD, and governance processes.
