Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management activities from financial and ICT perspective
- Act as primary finance business partner for Passenger Services Operations
- Provide operational leadership with financial insights, scenario modeling and strategic recommendations
- Translate operational performance into financial impact and identify ways to increase profitability
- Challenge assumptions and offer constructive financial guidance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for Passenger Services
- Monitor financial performance against targets and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Develop robust business cases and investment analyses
- Create workforce and productivity models aligned with operational requirements
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful management reporting
- Create dashboards and performance metrics
- Analyze revenue streams, cost drivers, productivity, customer profitability and operational performance
- Deliver scenario analyses and recommendations for key business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards and internal controls
- Support audit activities and maintain strong financial integrity
- Monitor financial risks and support mitigation actions
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and controls
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation and data quality
