Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the development, documentation and understanding of the project scope, objectives and technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders
•Collaborate with internal teams to solution, develop and implement digital projects
•Define and document the clients business functions and processes while keeping an eye out for any process important opportunities
•Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teams
•Stay on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
•Requirements definition or clarification and writing/updating agile stories
•Support with backlog preparation and prioritization
•Participates in test case definition and user acceptance testing together with QA teams
