Key Responsibilities

•Lead consolidation and group control functions (technical accounting and reporting).
•Manage and develop a team of approximately 5 FTE.
•Establish, implement, and monitor consolidation, accounting, and reporting policies.
•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close reporting processes.
•Oversee consolidated annual report preparation and compliance (filing, audit).
•Lead statutory audit preparation of corporate entities.
•Support finance processing operation, driving efficiency through process improvement and standardization.
•Ensure integrity of financial data on IT platforms.
•Participate in or lead special projects related to consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
