Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless shipment arrangements and strictly on-time delivery schedules.
- Manage optimal stock levels using accurate forecasting to maintain a Just-in-Time balance.
- Execute strategic planning and routing for all inbound and outbound shipments to align with business needs.
- Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and proactively analyze sales forecasts.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for logistics providers, distributors, and sales representatives.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process tweaks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews to track channel performance and distribution trends.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with international regulations and meet specific customer audit requirements.
