Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers for seamless shipments.
- Manage optimal stock levels using 'Just-in-Time' forecasting.
- Execute strategic planning for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and analyze sales forecasts.
- Act as primary operational contact for logistics providers and distributors.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and customer audit requirements.
