Delft Circuits is seeking a Team Lead – Flex Foundry to build and lead its growing Foundry Product Line. This hands-on technical leadership role owns the end-to-end chain from customer needs and product roadmap through design rules, sourcing, development, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Requires a PhD or equivalent industrial experience plus at least 5 years in semiconductor fab, flex/PCB manufacturing, microfabrication, or comparable high-tech manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Foundry product roadmap
- Further develop our PDK, design rules, manufacturing capabilities and testing
- Work directly with customers to translate their needs into technical solutions and projects
- Coordinate product and process development with Research and Process Development
- Lead the day-to-day Foundry operation and drive quality, repeatability, yield and continuous improvement
- Manage technical relationships with suppliers and project partners
- Lead, coach and grow the Foundry team while staying closely involved in technical and product challenges
