Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software.
•Gather customer requirements and installation environment details.
•Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot incidents.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of Delivery and Implementation workflows.
•Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
•Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployment.
•Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
•Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
