Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for project delivery (scope, planning, budget, quality and risk)
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, production, procurement and quality
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and take timely corrective actions
- Report on project status and escalate when required
- Ensure compliance with Damen standards, contractual requirements and safety regulations
- Visit and support production sites worldwide during key project phases
