Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Manager Service & Troubleshooting Information
- Work together with several different departments within After Sales, Information Technology and the Legal department
- Work on an advice for After Sales to what extend and according which EU rules Personal data may be stored and used for what purpose in accordance with the AVG legislation
- Investigate the ‘AVG’ legislation valid in the Netherlands and Europe (GDPR)
- Investigate the reason for DWS to store personal data of the users of the RMI system (Repair and Maintenance Information)
- Define the definitions for these reasons
- Compare the definitions with the rules of the AVG guidelines and EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Define a proposal to store personal data of RMI users
- Discuss with and present the proposal to the related After Sales departments
- Present the proposal to the DAF legal department
