Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain performance, with a strong focus on improving on-time delivery and customer service levels.
- Drive effective production planning, inventory, and distribution management to balance customer demand, operational efficiency and working capital.
- Manage material planning and availability, proactively mitigating supply risks and disruptions.
- Partner closely with Customer Service as the primary contact point for supply and service issues, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication and an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, coach and develop the planning, logistics, and supply chain teams, fostering high performance, productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with operations, customers and global stakeholders to resolve supply issues, enhance the customer experience, ensure data accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
