Key Responsibilities

•Partner with VPs of Operations to drive improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across 5 manufacturing sites
•Support Operations strategy working with SOR stakeholders to execute key initiatives
•Ensure impactful kaizen events across Operations teams including Shin kaizens and Gemba X events
•Partner with site DBSLs to identify gaps in DBS capability and manage Certified Practitioner funnel
•Drive DBS Fundamentals and culture within Operations teams
